KB Designs is a full-service interior design consultation firm assisting in all aspects of home design and specializing in new construction. Services include collaborating with home builders and subcontractors during planning and the construction of your home.

KB Designs can also service renovations, creating custom design plans for any space in your home, as well as assisting with sourcing and purchasing materials + decor elements that fit your personal design goals.

SERVICES

• Discovery consultation & review of blueprints to collaborate on the goal for each space.
  
• Establish a summary of design goals/requests and coordinate with home builder to accurately bid labor/construction estimates
  
• Budget management inclusive of design allowances within your bid.
  
• Creating a cohesive, detailed design plan for each space
  
• Assisting with sourcing and purchasing materials
  
• On-site visits and contractor collaboration during construction
  
• Option to have professional photography taken of home upon completion. Photography release waiver required.
  

Services are customizable based on your needs and can include any of the above. All services are offered on an hourly basis.

RATES

New Builds: $2500 will cover your first 60 hours of consulting services and then you will be billed hourly at a special builder rate.

A la Carte:

Services billed hourly at a rate of $40/hr for individual consulting needs. A $500 retainer is required up front.
